Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your Mind My Drink stickers. Here's how returns work.

30-day returns on unopened packs

If you change your mind, you can return any unopened, sealed pack within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us first so we can give you the return address. Return postage is at your cost unless we made a mistake.

Opened packs

Because the stickers are single-use safety products, we can't accept returns of opened packs. If something is wrong with the product itself, see below.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your pack arrives damaged, is past its expiry date, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including postage. No need to send anything back.

Lost in the post

If tracking shows your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days in Australia or 20 business days internationally, let us know and we'll replace it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days of us approving the return.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
